By engaging Simplify Advisory Solutions FZ-LLC ("Simplify", "we") you agree to these terms.

Scope of service

We are facilitators, not lawyers. We coordinate with notaries, ministries, embassies and government bodies on your behalf. Any legal opinion required will be referred to a qualified partner.

Engagement

Each engagement is confirmed in writing with a scope and price. Full payment is collected before service commencement.

Timelines

Timelines depend on third-party authorities and are best-effort estimates. We will keep you informed of any changes.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
