Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payment

Full payment is required in advance before service commencement.

Cancellations

If processing has not yet started, you may cancel for a full refund. Once processing has been initiated, services are non-refundable.

Government fees

Any third-party government fees already paid on your behalf are non-recoverable.

Rescheduling

Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 4 hours notice via WhatsApp or email.
